The St. Charles Parish Department of Parks and Recreation partners with the St. Charles Striders, an AAU affiliate for an exciting track and field season. Track and Field stars seeking to elevate their skills can try out to be a part of this program, which provides a platform for competitive training through participation in AAU-sanctioned events. From sprints to jumps, throws, and relays, participants will experience a comprehensive approach to track and field. Coached by experienced mentors, our program aims to nurture individual talents, foster teamwork, and instill a love for the exhilarating world of track and field.

Registration: January 1 - January 25 
Late Registration (additional fees): January 26 - January 31

Prospective Track and Field Athletes must attend the week-long tryout after registering to be placed on the team. If selected for the team, registrants must pay a one-time $175 fee to the St. Charles Striders.
