The St. Charles Parish Department of Parks and Recreation began its partnership with SuperTots New Orleans in the summer of 2023 after seeing a need for children 18 months to 4 years old in the community to have an outlet to learn through play. 

SuperTots has a curriculum that uses age-appropriate motivations to develop athletic skills and foster a love of fitness through a serious of fun and beneficial games. 

The curriculum is designed by professionals who special in child development, and it allows kids who participate to build upon skills at each level and seamlessly transition into the youth sports program.
