The St. Charles Parish Department of Parks and Recreation is excited to launch Girls Flag Football for the first time, joining our existing Boys Flag Football program. The season will take place during July and August, with registration open from May 1–25. Residents can find more information at scpparksandrec.com/flag-football
“The introduction of Girls Flag Football marks a significant advancement in our youth sports programming,” Director Duane Foret said. “It opens the door for girls to grow, lead, and thrive in a supportive and empowering environment.”
There has been a growing trend in high schools and other recreation programs across the nation offering flag football for girls of all ages and Parks and Recreation is excited to launch its inaugural season in St. Charles Parish this summer.
All registrations must occur with the individual participant’s affiliated booster club.
Late registration will take place with an additional fee from May 26 – 31.
Please ensure you register your participant with the correct booster club based on your address. Information submitted incorrectly or registering your child with the wrong booster club will impact the start of the season and uniform orders.
Refund Policy
Registration fees will only be refunded if a uniform has not been ordered. Once the uniform order is placed, a refund cannot be issued.
If there are not enough teams to facilitate a league after registration concludes, registered participants will receive a refund from their respective Booster Clubs or the Department of Parks and Recreation.
